$230 per night • 4 people

• Three night minimum stay.
• Over 4 people: Children under 5 years of age are FREE! Each additional person (5 years old and up) is and additional $30 per person, per night.
• Check In: After 3 PM
• Check Out: No later than 11 AM (unless previously coordinated with the owner)
• Trash: $20 trash disposal fee unless you dispose of your own trash. Trash can be deposited in the dumpsters at the Outfitters at the top of the hill.
• Pets: Pets are welcomed for a pet fee of $20 per pet, per night. Limited to two pets unless otherwise coordinated. 
• Payment: Personal checks or Paypal (additional fee) is acceptable. Payment by personal checking will consist of one check for the rental amount and one check for the security deposit. Paypal security deposit will be returned via Paypal or check.
• Taxes are not included in above rates.
• Reservation is not valid until a signed contract and fees are received by the owner. Security Deposit will be held until facilities are cleared upon inspection by owner at which time the Security Deposit will be shredded.

Owner’s Cancellation Policy: Per the signed contract, but please check with the owner.
