The Cottage

Sweetwater Cottage is a newly renovated, two bedroom cottage situated on 3 secluded acres along the Shenandoah River. The Cottage has a fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, oven, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, ice maker, water cooler, microwave, and waffle maker. The cottage has a full bath with tub/ shower combination. It has two bedrooms, living room, dining area picnic tables, large fire pit, gas grill, and a NEW 12’x40’ screened-in porch with a spectacular view (perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee while river watching). Sleeping arrangements in the cottage includes two bedrooms (each with a queen size bed) and one double futon bed in the living room and one double futon bed in the dining extension. There is Starlink Internet and NETFLIX, TV/DVD player as well as a CD stereo player available. Linens are provided, but you will need to bring your own towels, food and beverages.

There is also a full RV hook-up in the immediate vicinity of the cottage. If you have access to an RV you can very easily increase your accommodations to include additional family and friends. Tenting is allowed on the cottage property for an additional fee.
