Payment: We accept Personal Check or Paypal for all transactions.
When using personal checks (preferred) we request payment in the form of two check; one for the rental fee and one for the security deposit. Upon successful departure and inspection of the property, you will be notified and the check for the security deposit will be shredded.
Payment through Paypal is also an option, but you will be charged a minimal fee for each Paypal transaction. Security deposits will be returned through Paypal or through a Sweetwater Check
Please note: Reservation is not complete until tenant has returned an executed rental agreement and made all rent payments due under the terms of the agreement.

- Three Night Minimum Stay.
- Trash: $20 Trash disposal fee unless you dispose of your own trash. Trash can be deposited in the dumpsters at the Outfitters at the top of the hill.
- Check in after 3PM/Checkout before 11 AM unless previously coordinated with the owner.
- Pets are limited to two with prior coordination with the owner. Please, no pets in the bedrooms!!
- Payment: Personal checks or Paypal (additional fee) is acceptable. Payment by personal checking will consist of one check for the rental amount and one check for the security deposit. Paypal security deposit will be returned via Paypal or check.
- Reservation is not valid until a signed contract and fees are received by the owner. Security Deposit will be held until facilities are cleared upon inspection by owner at which time the Security Deposit will be shredded.
Owner's Cancellation Policy: Per the signed contract, but please check with the owner

Sweetwater RV Sites Rates
Please note: There are no bathroom or shower facilities at Sweetwater RV Sites. RVs must have functioning toilet and sanitation facilities. All members and guests of the rental party must use their own toilet/sanitation facilities if Port-a-jon is not present. (A Port-a-jon will be present in the high season).
